We collect and donate used toys and books in order to strengthen environmental protection and promote social sensitivity, enabling other children to use them, while at the same time we contribute to the reduction of waste and the strengthening of solidarity in the community. Through this act, we seek to foster values of sustainability and social responsibility, promoting recycling and reuse, while strengthening the bonds of our community.

We were delighted to donate over 100 used children's toys to an organisation in need "Caritas Cyprus", thus contributing to the support of children and the promotion of sustainability principles. This action reflects our commitment to reduce waste and reuse materials, while providing joy and support to those who need it most. We believe that with initiatives like this we can make a difference, promoting a more sustainable and equitable future for all. KyklOIKOdromio also donated approximately 100 used toys to the NGO GENERATION FOR CHANGE CY to be given to children who cannot afford to buy new ones. On Tuesday, September 10, members of KyklOIKOdromio donated school supplies and school clothes to the Pancyprian Volunteer Coordinating Council so that no child will be left without school supplies this year, as well as to the Nicosia Municipality at the school supplies collection point.

Also, members of the KyklOIKOdromio delivered second hand encyclopedias to the Athienou Municipal Library, which were donated to the KyklOIKOdromio by volunteer friends. This is the "Encyclopedia Americana" series, a type of encyclopedia written in English, containing more than 45 000 articles, covering a range of knowledge related to geography and history. Voluntary contributions and donations are vital pillars in support of social, environmental and humanitarian causes. The encyclopaedias will be reused as they have found a very good new home. We thank the management of the Athienou Municipal Library for providing a home for the encyclopedias as a sign of environmental protection and the implementation of the circular economy.

The set of second-hand books "We women: everything we need to know about our difficult but wonderful role" with the aim of reusing them and extending their usefulness, were donated to "Solidarity Network Nicosia", which is part of the Nicosia Multipurpose Municipal Centre.
